Manuel Devaldès , his real name Ernest-Edmond Lohy , born on February 5 , 1875 at Évreux and died at the Necker Hospital on December 22 , 1956 in the 15th arrondissement of Paris , was an employee of the railways, corrector of printing works , then writer , individual libertarian , antimilitarist , pacifist and neo-Malthusian .
