A “first” fragment has been placed in the deconstruction of the criminal trial, the overall apparatus of the secular moral-monster of justice and “logical” use of judgment; in which we introduce into the “dissolution” of any bourgeois law, that reflects and projects it’s “shadow” – the cancellation of the individual -, delivering a resolution of the thorny specification and arduous path of anti-judicialism.

In this text, and in a continued Egoist Polemic, I’m going to dwell on the complex mechanisms of comparison between individual and law.
Nothing complete or already written – by saying so I intend to enunciate the fairytale of the concreteness of the juridical anarchist – and the Nihilist holds a dagger in his hand, which destroys certitudes!

On May 12, I will undergo a trial for armed robbery, after being released on house arrest order. I have said to the lawyer that I refuse defense, but he told me that he has to do his job. Although I had not signed anything, and have claimed responsibility for the robbery, in my experience and in the continual anti-juridical study, in the courtroom before the judge and the cops I was considered a “right.” Just as the house arrest order is also a right, even though I did not choose anything. As a point of debate — without occluding any limit to a “limit,” one has to ask oneself if in the extreme case evasion and fugitive life are the form of total refusal?

The structural method of this double way (which is an indication-way of coming to a joint simplification of the one-subject) makes the trial a process of ambiguous and programmatic explication.
